Everyone says I am lucky to have my job, so why do i feel like i am failing my baby?

I never thought I would write something like this online but here I am at 11pm, crying in the kitchen so my husband doesn’t hear. I have a daughter, she is 14 months. I went back to work full time after maternity and honestly I thought it would get easier by now. The mornings are the worst. She holds on to my leg at nursery and I have to peel her fingers off, then I sit in the car and cry for five minutes before I can walk into the office. Last week the nursery told me she said “mama” for the first time. I was in a meeting. I smiled and said “aww that’s so sweet” but inside I felt like something broke. We really need my salary, rent is crazy and we have no family help nearby. My husband says kids adapt, my mum says I should be at home, and my friend says I’m being dramatic. Maybe they are all right, I don’t know anymore. I just don’t want to look back in 10 years and wish I had chosen different. I’m not asking anyone to judge me, I just want to know what you would do if you were me
