Is It Worth Financing a £18,000 Car When I Can Buy One for £7,000?

I need a car and I’ve got enough saved to buy a decent used one for around £7,000 outright. The problem is I really like another car that’s around £18,000. I could finance it for roughly £300 a month and I can afford the payments, but obviously that means saving less every month.
